So fast! It's May 1 ~ Labour Day. May is one of my fav mths, mainly cos i'm anicipating my bday & also hv 2 PHs, hehe! However, there seems to be many uncertanties tis mth... there's this huge cloudy mist blocking my sight, haiz. The past couple of weeks had been arduous ... firstly was made mistakes in my course of work & followed by news of my job in jeopardy... as my ctt dunno if getting renewed. I'm mentally ready to be jobless veri soon...somehow, i guess i'm too comfy in tis ofc environment as everyone been treating me well, tt i felt reluctant to leave :( I noe it's stupid of me to stay bcos of tis reason thou' i dun enjoy my job. Well, life is always such an irony, u dun seems 2 get the best of both worlds! I wld tink it's more sucky if ur job is boring + hateful peers....guess i'm juz being Ah-Q lah! No choice... i dun believe in juz 埋怨 as many a times, things r not within my control.
Despite things happening, i tink they happen for a reason... i'm a pretty observant person & i trust my gut feel alot. I saw how helpful supervisor & senior colleagues helped me in trying times like this. Not many ppl in ofc (i believe) noe wat happened & i also honestly acknowledged my mistakes... well, i do thousands of trades per day, it's invitably bounced to make mistakes. However, i was not being reproached for this & there was a day last wk, when my senior ~ KG helped me to ans to the hk's side. I told him my concerns & the incident did shattered my confidence... KG is a man of few words but always helpful to our teammates, being the 2nd in-charge...he told me to ignore the stupid RM (fr HK, who threw us a string of invasive Qs) & said tt's the character of this RM. Thou it's juz some simple words, it bought me great relief!
Followed on, over coffee wif XL at TB Plaza... we were casually updating our life when i told her i tink i'm not gd in anythg lo! I tink i'm juz a Jack of all trades, but master of none...haha! However, XL disagreed wif me! She actually tink tt i've great cust svc skills wo!!! That certaintly made my day! I joked back & said was it i happened to handle her phone query once while i was in Money First Co? heheh!
The words that meant nothing to you, may actually mean the whole world to another person... i am so glad ppl i met tell me postive things! Juz like wat i luv to do to my frens =)
