Yesterday was KTV again...ya, within a short span of 1 week =) This was planned like 2 wks ago, when Ruby proposed tt we shld have one since our last round was during CNY. Suay suay, i was having a flu and despite taking flu med prior to our ktv session, i was still busy sniffing away + a blocked nose made it difficult for me to sing in my usual state. For the first time, we were assigned a room smaller than usual tucked away at the back row @ IB Partyworld.
My mind couldn't really function & my song dedication was slower than usual, haha! As Zf & Ruby were late...they were quite surprised how come my list had so few songs upon their arrival! I learnt 3 new songs this week and decided to 试唱张韶涵 《亲爱的，那不是爱情》，composed by 周杰伦 + 方文山。 Also 试唱 Kenji 吴克群 new songs 《为你写诗》，《牵牵牵手》 which i even dedicated twice! I nv really noticed Kenji much till these two latest songs written by him & MV also directed by him wo! The first time i watched 《牵牵牵手》 on YouTube, i find this MV really touching... It's about the gf wanted to 牵手 wif her bf, but the guy kept dun wan. Finally, the gf got angry wif him & he did silly things to please her again. One day, both went to the beach for wind surfing and the gf drowned at sea...that led to the guy's biggest regret! Cos they can nv 牵手 again! ~sob sob~ :(
On the other hand, Ruby was thrilled that her idol ~ 周杰伦 new songs concert MVs are out! As usual, she had a whole long list of Jay's hits. Zf today was unusual cos she was actually actively searching thru' her MP3 player for songs to watch MV. I tot this action was more of Ruby's style, waahaha! So end up, i tink we really watched alot of MVs today!
After KTV, we went to Wheelock's Place ~ Fish & Co to mit up wif Qiuyun. It's almost 4 mths since 4 of us got tog! Zf & me were famished...both of us already complained of hungry during KTV liao! We ordered a Seafood Platter for two + a baked salmon with mushroom sauce. I guess its been ard 2 yrs since i ever ate Fish & Co leh! Thou we din wait too long for our food as we were bz chatting away... we were not impressed by their service level. Cos when the food was served, the waiter didn't auto get us the serving plates & cutlery. Thou we had asked 
for water when we 1st sat 
down, the water didn't arrive even when the food was served... till i reminded them. When the seafood platter was served, they forgot the sauces. When i dun see the sauces arrive, i requested it again fr a waitress...guess wat? Her response was, ''you asked fr me meh?'' I was like DUH! Wat kind of svc is this? Could sense that the svc staff are not properly trained & it does spoil an otherwise perfect dining experience. Isit once a business boomed, the svc standard will deteriorate? I still find last time their food was better, esp its raisin rice. I ate quite alot of the food, esp the prawns & rice, haha! My reason was flu made me hungrier but the gals juz dun believe me! 
Part 3 of the day's plan was proposed by Zf... to go Paulaner Munchen (german pub) for drinks. This idea was 'frozen' for quite awhile liao...finally this is happening, haha! Zf luv Paulaner's live band & yes...beer too! This place is famous for its micro-brew beer. We boarded a bus fr Orchard to Suntec, this pub is facing Suntec's Convention Hall. As there was a football match on-going, the pub 
was packed... so we had to make-do wif alfresco seats first. Zf & Ruby had a beer each, I ordered a fruit punch & Qy had a cranberry juice. When the football match was over, we got a corner table inside the pub. The live band consists of 2 gals & a guy strumming the electric guitar. Zf was sorely disappt that the lead singer was not the one she heard on her last visit. This time round, this gal's singing was so-so & sound muffled. I was quite bored too as i dun find the band attractive (physical looks), nor the music the type i like. Played ard wif my cam & we took some pics, heehee!
