All About Food...hehe!

Me & Ruby hv been watching e trailer of e Disney-Pixar's latest animation, Ratatouille (pronounced Rat-a-too-ee) since some time back... Finally we managed to watch e preview yesterday @ The Cathay cineplex. Ohh, who like Rats rite? so disgusting, but somehow under e magic touch of animators, a cute Rat named Remy was created as e lead of this cartoon.

Remy the rat had sensitive taste-bud & he juz wont' eat any garbage...he luv good food! Wat's interesting is, he aspires to be a chef, haha! Rite, dun laugh at his dreams! In e cartoon, it hv tis famous motto ''Anyone Can Cook''. Oh YES! I was quite puzzled of Ratatouille as e name of a dish. In French, ''rata'' is the term for food, while ''touiller'' means to stir. Back to the cartoon, it's peppered wif hilarious scenes but not as touching as Nemo or older Disney's cartoons. However, do recommend it as a light-hearted watch for any age ppl! I think the little morale of the show would be 'dun give up on your dreams'!

We were pretty lucky to get the tickets as the big screen was flashing ''filling up'' :p Bef the movie started, we had time to lounge ourselves at Ben & Jerry. We shared 3 scoops of ice-cream, yum yum! We ate tis particular flavour, inside contained tis tiny fish-shaped choc-chip... when i chose tt, ruby was questioning really got e fish choc? Haha...veri fun as we ate, we digged for e 'fishes', kekeke! Also gotta thanks her for treating me eat leh!

Aft watching Ratatouille, we went to PS & i tot of buying some snacks home. Ruby sugg i try the doughnut. So, i Q for 'Missy Donuts'... tis Q not as horrendous as Donut Factory. Anyway, I had not tried either. I looked at e menu & all e flavours seems v v sweet, so i opted for the sugared & glazed ones. Gotta test e most orginal to see if nice. The shop claims recipe from Japan. Well, my verdict is the sugar not alot, so gd for the health-conscious lah. Also, the dough is soft to bite. The glazed version not tt special afterall. Well, i think i still pref the normal unbranded doughnut, wif lots of sugar-coating, haahaa!
