Harry Potter & TCC @ Clarke Quay...

It's another weekend...the only diff to me these days would be Sat means can catch up wif frens for longer time as they r slogging away on wkdays (while i bumming ard).

Yesterday, finally managed to catch Harry Potter & the Order of the Phoenix. Heng! I got advanced tic the prev day, it's my 1st time doing such thing :p Me & Ruby met up at Orchard Cineleisure to watch the movie... wat a downpour earlier! Din went wif too high expectations as i had heard tis episode not that action-packed. Somehow, i still prefer the earlier parts, when Daniel Radcliffe, e millionaire young actor who was then more innocent. The Harry Potter series had revolved into more grime & dark, as it talks abt combating against the villian, Lord Voldemort. In this ep, the cutest should be when Harry taught his classmates Defense against the Dark Arts scenes...heehee!

Our movie ended at 4.40pm, after 2hr 10mins of lounging ourselves in the comfy theatre. By then, the rain had stopped & we strolled down orchard... did some window shop. I was feeling hungry & we got ourselves some sushi from Cold Storage. Our dinner was simple fare ~ ''yong tau foo'' at Plaza Singapura's foodcourt. Well, i alreadi having a sore throat fr fri's fried rice :(

Somehow, time past veri fast...we made our way to board the MRT to Clarke Quay to meet Zhifang for coffee-session. We went to TCC & queued for a table...as it was jostled wif dining crowd. Then, we heard a auntie behind us asking the waiter if any table for 5? The waiter politely replied that the inside sofa seat was reserved. Guess wat? The auntie showed her displeasure by saying, shldn't the holding time juz limit to 15min, if no one come, shld give out the table! The young lad did inform their Co's policy was to wait for half hr. We felt disgusted by the auntie as she arrived later than us, din even stand long bef making noise!

As the riverside's alfresco area was packed, we settled for the inside seats. ZF arrived as usual blur blur, till i went outside to 'shout' at her, come in! haha! After an hr or so, there's empty table for us but in e smoking area (alfresco). We scooted out & ZF was esp happy, since she can enjoy e river view! Only fall-back was the smoke that puffed into us as the wind blew across!!! We chit-chatted and past 11pm, ZF still said, so early! So, we cont'd our chat, got so engrossed till it was 5mins to midnite bef i discoved -- we wanna catch e MRT! Anyway, Ruby ended up in cab home, while i was lucky enuf to catch e last bus.
