Start of Long Weekend...Yeah!

Ooh la la! Today is the start of my long weekend lo! Short work week...but i was already restless... Had dated my gf, denise for lunch today @ bugis. So coincidence, we were on leave. Shopped around bugis junction & sim lim sq, before ending our afternoon with tea-break...had a craving for the bedok chwee kui @ rochor hawker ctr, yummy! Oh!my dear fren gave a post-x'mas gift, so sweetz.

Headed home & fought for bathroom to rush for my uni frens' wedding @ mariott. That's actually my intention of taking leave 2day...dun want to rush from work & can have time to doll up, keke! Reached punctually @ 7.30pm, waited till 8pm for their solemisation. I knew the couple, Michelle & Douglas since uni days. There r my big bro & big sis....yup, my closer uni frens all older than me. Really thanks them for teaching me how to study hard & play harder. It makes my uni life so fun! Remember the days, we ktv & played pool tog...they were my Pool shifu, keke! 6 years zoomed by...

Well, their wedding is lovely...like a mini superstar concert. Mic's younger sis & frens sang on stage. But i most looked fwd to hear Douglas sing, he's one of the best male vocals i know, having taken part in many ktv contests with his Jacky Cheung hits! Finally, the evening's wedding march...a guy started sing on stage, at chorus, the newly-wed marched in...Doug sang Mic's fav (also my fav!) canto song, 你的名字,我的姓氏. Meaningful & touching song... Looking at their wedding & esp how Mic's sis rally for her...makes me envy their sisterhood. How i wish i have a real younger sis too... Mic is a lucky gal, cos Doug is definately a good husband material...smart & bright guy.
