Pigging Out ...

Last evening was well-spent...cos i finally could mit up wif my buddy, Denise!Poor her, so bz coping bet wrk & studies... Smart me, suggested dining at New York New York @ Citylink. It's been awhile since last visit...It's pretty noisy there, bustling wif ppl filling e restaurant, heng ah, i made reservation. Prev experience, had me queuing for 1hr till almost died of hunger!!!

I recommended we shld eat the Pork Ribs! Cos i know the serving is v huge! One full slab filling up e plate, topped wif a sweet ribs sauce. Omg! So sorrie, i missed the photo shot leh, cos i was so tempted by e ribs, me & denise started to woof down when it arrived... haahaa! Denise even commented, really got so big mah? cos e menu is kinda deceiving, the angle shot, showed juz a normal serving. I ate bef, so i knew! Even got them to cut half for us. We also shared a spaghetti wif bacon in cabonara sauce. Wat a pity! Cos by time, we 'devoured' our pork ribs, e spaghetti had turned grossly cold & all e sauce dried up!

After filling our tummies, we took a stroll fr citylink to marina sq. While in citylink, my sharp eyes spotted our mutual fren, gladys! Aiyo, tis woman MIA for some time, had grown chubbier on her face...Even said how come me & denise still look so young! Waaahaa! Wat a compliment! Yeah, we used to be the ''twins'' in ''Money First'' co. Till nw, i still missed e days of wrking tog!

After a couple of walking ard to digest... we pigged out again at Gelare! Cos denise & me fancy ice-cream waffles! Besides e dinner, tis dessert also her treat as make-up for my bday!!! Muackz! We had a large waffle, topped wif strawbery + cookies & cream ice-cream, + whipped cream & choc sauce.... OH LALA! But i muz said, e asst mgr svc sucks big time! When he asked if we wan e whipped cream & wat topping, he said ''both r free, be it u wan it or not''!!! Huh! Then when we paused to think of our drinks, he juz rattled ''Ice-tea or passion-tea?'' in an impatient tone. If i wan complain, i go shoot to his mgt big-time lor! Is tt how u treat ur cust?

Well, both of us were deeply satisfied & fulfilled aft eating e waffle...veri full too! nvm, we sure can still maintain our petite figures, despite e pigging out!
