Rest & Relax ...

This weekend not bad leh...on sat, woke up early & took mrt to Clementi. I really miss this area, cos' my previous job's office located juz right in front of the hawker centre. Speak about the food in Clementi, really is spoilt for choice, wat's more, so cheap...$2 can get a yummy meal. I used to have 3 meals a day there.

While waiting for xiuling, i pop by SP to visit my ex-colleagues & chatted with Ah cheong, the aunty who used to dote on me there. When xiuling came, we went to hawker centre tabao our breakfast. I had craved for the 猪肠粉 there ever since left...can't find such good ones in my neighbourhood! The uncle was generous with the sweet sauce & oil - but i usually requested less oil.

By the time reach xl's house, we were sweating like mad. I hungrily woofed down my 猪肠粉 & some 豆花. We surfed net to kill time, & i suggested we catch a movie. We agreed on the latest animation, ''Flushed Away''. So, we reached Cathay Cineleisure around 2.15pm. Got seats for the 3.20pm show.

The cartoon was very hilarious! Had a good time laughing...haahaa! The cute ones were actually not the main leads - the rats. But the supporting roles - the slugs! Yup! those slugs luv to scream in a high pitch when excited & sing alot! Everytime they appeared, the audience will laugh! Then, the badies are the toads, also comical ones. Highly recommend for anyone who wanna de-stress!

After movie, was shopping time...juz walked around taka, kinokuniya. Can't believe, we actually bumped into our sec sch classmate. Time flew past, at 630, xl went for her dinner date, while i headed home...
