We were checking out Plaza Singapura's new extension in its First weekend...
There were four levels at the extension wing, with Uniqlo occupying substantial retail space. The ground floor's Starbucks has a nice decor too, but too bad, I'm not a Starbucks' fan!
As we went up to Level 3, we saw a Q at Hoshino Coffee, a new japanese eatery. The colourful 'styled' desserts & some pasta/omu rice etc placed strategically at its entrance attracted our sights! After exploring the new wing, we went to join the Q.
It turned out to be a long wait! We waited about 20 minutes & saw that there were a few empty tables, but the cafe was short-handed & couldn't clear the tables fast enough, so as to usher us in! Furthermore, we saw a lady who went to the cashier directly to cancel her matcha souffle order as she had waited a long time. When we finally got a table for Two, we realised that the souffles need at least 20 mins of waiting time!

We were contemplating between ordering the Mango Pancake Souffle or the French Toast? Both looks delectable from the menu! When we tried to place our Mango Pancake Souffle, we were dismayed that that both our top choices were unavailable! They had ran out of the Mango topping, so we can only order the Banana Pancake Souffle! *i dislike bananas*! But no better options! We were given a choice of fresh cream or soft-served ice-cream as the topping. Of course, I picked the ice-cream! Well, 20mins wait indeed... Ruby had a cup of Matcha Latte as well. Our Banana Pancake Souffle arrived oozing warmness...while the soft-served on top begins to melt! OohLaLa! It's yummylicious! However, it doesn't comes cheap at around 13 bucks! So, this is simply good to share lah!
Hopefully, Hoshino Coffee's service speed improve... till then, I will consider to try its other desserts!
