Guitar...

It's sunday, i went to my usual guitar class in the afternoon. So fast, looking back... i had been on this routine for the past 1 year! But duno why, the passion is simmering...i had to admit, i am getting lesser practices these days. I am alreadi on a longer than scheduled intermediate stage, if continue... i will have to move to the performance stage. That would means 9mths! However, without mastering the basic techniques, i felt it would be a waste to juz carry on.

Moreover, I have plans now to hit back my books and with that, i doubt i could juggle, work, studies & guitar lessons. The travelling to & fro can be frustrating as i get caught in jams in bugis area... a simple 20mins bus ride can turn into a nearing 1 hr journey! So, i gotto switch from bus to train to shorten this nitemare!

Nevertheless, I had learned a number of techniques, be it plucking or strumming styles to play some of my fav songs. My teacher had been extremely patient wif a slow learner like me...hehe! He pointed out something veri true...he said i only interested to learn my fav songs, nt so much into all the techniques. So he had to customise the lessons for me. As the original syallbus comprised of mainly chinese pop songs...i gotto learned canto songs too! Cos he knows all of those canto songs i like & that's including some of my TVB drama's theme songs!

Well, ending off the lessons wif Sammi's "默契" complete version. Before, i joined this class, i had alreadi been trying this song by myself...cos i simply luv this song!!! I am quite happy, at least my teacher can make out what i'm playing...to be able to sing along, haahaa!

Hmm...see how, take a break to ponder if to continue. Hopefully, one day...i can be so good at it, that once i listen to a song, i know how to play it on my guitar!
