TVB Stars Tour + 愛心 Dinner

Yesterday was pretty exciting! Luckily i recalled there's a TVB Stars Tour @ IMM. I only wish to see Steven Ma (馬浚偉) in real person, keke! He's not exactly the handsome type, somehow he has the charisma, great vocals & acting skills. First noticed him in the horse racing TVB serial ~ 《勇往直前》. Thou this show was almost 8 years ago...i could still quote his character's fav phrase, hehe! Sadly, he's quite stuck in ancient dramas past few years and was MIA for sometime. Lately, he finally returned in 《突圍行動》, acting as a prosecutor turned undercover. Hmm...his prosecutor role is quite similar to a story i wrote years ago, haha! Even the image is like what i had imagined! Gosh!

The IMM event was delayed & unorganised. The space allocated was too cramp for so many fans. After much waiting, 馬浚偉,郭晉安,楊怡 & 楊思琦 arrived. The TVB artistes were friendly and bantered in chinese mixed with cantonese describing their filming experience for their latest serials. My wish to hear Steven sing his drama song was granted! I captured a short video of his singing. Roger Kwok also performed an oldie and his fellow artistes did some impromptu dance behind his back. In 'revenge', he sabo Steven to do a 'ramba' dance, roping in Tavia Yeung Yi. Steven was very sporting, only the gals were quite reluctant & shy.

After their performance, they autographed for those fans who had queued much earlier. I was jostled by people to the front & observed how Steven interacted with his fans...hmm, Friendly guy! Too bad, due to the dim lighting and crowding, most of my pics were blurred:-( Towards the end, when they left, he walked past me, that was really up-closed!

In the evening, i was invited to Sheila's house for home-cooked dinner. Her 愛心晚餐 was italian spaggethi, with tons of garnishes simmered in tomato gravy. As sheila, dandy & me are all cantonese, we luv canto soup. Sheila boiled peanuts with pork ribs soup for us, hoho! What an eastern meets western fusion meal! Maybe i can try out her spaggethi cooking method when i'm in the mood, keke!

Then impromptu, Sheila suggested to bring me to a K-pub nearby and we sang a couple of songs together in the pub! It's been ages, since uni days that i sang in hall environment...if not for my wisdom tooth,i would be able to use my 100% 功力, haahaa! In the tiny pub, we noticed a gal who was able to render Sammi's fast canto tracks pretty well! Wow! I also Sammi's fan lo, but had not challenged the fast tracks...needs to be 长气,haha! Next time, i will practice @ KTV! In pubs, indeed can hear people sing different genres of songs, i only lament the smoky smell...
